Models at the Gucci party in Milan

Natasha Poly rocked a nude outfit from top to toe. Love the soft, fringed jacket which actually looks like it could be suede. Yum. It’s so beautiful I want to put it on a wall and frame it. Or wear it tonight – either will do! She’s paired this feature piece with tapered pants that finish above the ankle, leaving room enough for us to see those fab strappy heels and a typical, bored, model ‘tudey look which says “I’m fabulous enough to be here but please, don’t get too close or actually attempt a conversation, I don’t mix with the plebs.”

Anja Rubik in the Gucci outfit of the season. Love. It. All. What strikes me however is how thin she is. You just don’t realise the actual size of their tiny frame until they’re in a context that doesn’t involve a catwalk or a magazine picture. I could shave off my shoulders and then have the same size frame as she does.

Another jewel-toned Gucci number on Chanel Iman. It’s such a fabulous collection Frida Giannini produced for S/S. So flattering and wearable. I always wonder whether a new designer placed at the helm of such an established label will do well and then always get pleasantly surprised. The selectors obviously know their stuff.

I think that Diane Kruger pulled off the Gucci heels better than Chanel Iman, but I do love all of the colours !! Rubik looks amazing 🙂 This collection seems to have been more advertised than others (or maybe it seems that way with the bursts of colour) you can’t open a magazine without it being featured at the moment.
