Exchanges
NOTE: There is a no returns policy on the Seventh Wonderland and Hallican Boodie swimwear - size returns only. STRICT 7 day exchange policy.
If you'd like to exchange goods, you'll receive a credit note to use on cocolee.com.au Please note: you will not be able to exchange for a different size of the exact same item or possibly even the same designer, as designers are only on sale for one week at a time and they may only have a certain number of pieces in stock for sale. The credit note will be for the value of your original purchase (minus shipping) and be available for use for 6 months from date of issue on cocolee.com.au We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is still in place. Shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging and unworn. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.
Refunds
CocoLee.com.au sells top designer labels at such fantastic prices, we don't offer refunds unless goods are faulty or not as ordered, within seven days of delivery. If you have faulty goods or goods are not as ordered, please email customercare@cocolee.com.au Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition and with all tags attached. Please contact us at customercare@cocolee.com.au to request a return, and you will be given our return address and instructions.
Eligibility to purchase
The purchase of products from cocolee.com.au is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. Cocolee.com.au is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit. Cocolee.com.au reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, cocolee.com.au will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.

While most of us know what size we would wear in a different label or country, it can occasionally be a little confusing remembering the international size guidelines. To help you determine your size we have provided size charts for you below.

Note: The number is a measurement in centimeters across the knuckles. These gloves are very soft lamb leather and should fit snugly as they will then ease to fit.

NOTE: All designer European clothes are a very small make. Though the 38 is meant to be an 8, it is more like a 6. The 40 is like a 8, the 42 like a 10, the 44 like a 12 and the 46 like a 14. Please also refer to the notes for each product as Coco Lee will mention any variations in sizes from designer to designer. All prices on our site are listed in Australian dollars (AUD), and charged in Australian dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. SHIPPING | Domestic
We ship within Australia via Australia Post. There is a 3-5 (working) day delivery time, and is generally very fast. MAURIE & EVE SHIPPING - 7 DAY DELAY. Unfortunately, we've had a delay with the Maurie & Eve stock and there will be a 7 days instead of our usual few days delivery time. Stock will be delivered on 17/3/10. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service. Note: Please allow for a delay in delivery time for orders placed during the Easter long weekend period (10/04/09 - 13/04/09). These items should be delivered by Thursday April 16.
SHIPPING | International
We love our overseas customers! Currently we only ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America and the United Kingdom. International purchases are shipped via Australia Post and will be charged a flat rate of $AUD40. Cocolee.com.au will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes. There is a 3-7 (working) day delivery time for all international purchases. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter this offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Subject to clause 3, the promotion is only open to individuals who:
(a) are Australian residents, not living in SA;
(b) are aged 18 years or over;
(c) have a valid email address;
(d) have a mailing address within Australia
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Promotion commences at 12.00pm AEDST on 17.9.09 and closes 9pm AEDST on 1.10.09 (Promotional Period).
5. To be eligible to enter, the entrant must fill out the form saying where they would wear their Christian Dior JazzClub, and fill out two valid email addresses.
6. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter reserves the right to verify if the products have been returned to the participating stores by contacting the stores directly. Provisional winners of prizes will not be eligible to receive a prize if they return the product at any time simply because they do not want it. Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations upon the Promoter which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified or cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent.. These conditions must be read subject to those statutory provisions and will not affect any statutory rights that a consumer may have in relation to the return of products.

11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their correct contact and address details are provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should the entrant fail to receive their prize, because of a failure to notify the Promoter of the change to these details.
13. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
14. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
15. Prizes will be delivered to the postal address provided by the winning entrant. It is the responsibility of the winning entrant to be available to receive the delivery as organised by the Promoter and notified to the winning entrant. Winning entrants should allow at least 2 weeks from the win announcement to receive their prize.
16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a lottery authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as the Promoter considers appropriate.
17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of the prize.
18. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter or nominated agent. By submitting an entry, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
