Returns Policy / Exchanges

NOTE: CocoLee understands that you may have chosen the wrong size. Thought a colour might suit you when in fact it doesn't! For this reason Cocolee accepts returns within 7 days from receipt of goods. Please ensure you try on the garment as soon as you receive it. If you do decide you need to return it please email customercare@cocolee.com.au with your return request before doing so. We will happily exchange or credit you for the item at your request as long as it is returned in exactly the same condition as it was received.

Cocolee upholds a strict 7 day returns policy. If we cannot exchange an item for you then we will happily issue you a credit note for the amount of the item/s returned. Cocolee only refunds if the item is received by you in faulty condition.

Credit notes are valid for 3 months from date of issue

NOTE: Cocolee does not accept returns on underwear. Swimwear returns will only be accepted with tags and hygiene strips still in place. Shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging and unworn. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

Refunds

NOTE:
CocoLee.com.au sells top designer labels at such fantastic prices, we don't offer refunds unless items are received in faulty condition. Cocolee makes every effort to inspect every single garment before it is wrapped and sent to you.

Cocolee holds a strict 7 Day returns policy. Items must be returned within 7 Days of receipt of order.

If you have received a faulty item please email customercare@cocolee.com.au with a request for return and refund. Returns must be received by us in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition and with all tags attached.

Eligibility to purchase

The purchase of products from cocolee.com.au is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. Cocolee.com.au is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit. Cocolee.com.au reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners.

NOTE: Amex payments will incur a credit charge of 3.5%. This is a fee to us from the AMEX office for every purchase with and AMEX card.  To keep our prices low we are  forced to pass this charge onto the purchaser.

All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Security: Secure Socket Layer (SSL)

Cocolee.com.au takes every precaution to make our site is as secure as possible. Your details are protected by a SSL 128-bit encryption security system to ensure your credit card and contact details are secure. We do not hold any payment details on record.

Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING | Domestic

CocoLee.com.au ships within Australia via Aae (Australian Air Express). There is a 7 -14 day delivery time, and is usually very reliable.

Australian Shipping Costs

City / Metro areas - $10.00 Flat Rate

Country/ Regional/ WA and NT - $15.00 Flat Rate

CocoLee has shipped thousands of orders both locally and internationally. We take as much care as possible in ensuring your package will be shipped to you on time and in perfect condition. But we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

Note: Please allow for a delay in delivery time for orders placed during or around Public Holidays
