Gawd. How insanely boring. Amanda Seyfried hits the big time and surprise surprise, goes on a raw food diet where she eats spinach.

"'It's intense. And sort of awful. Yesterday for lunch? Spinach. Just spinach. Spinach and seeds," she tells Esquire.

Is anyone else as over it as I am when these young starlets start off on an extreme diet, and the next thing we know, they're popping Ritalin to stay slim with their weight going up and down more than Lindsay Lohan's mood on a Saturday night.

I hope Amanda doesn't get sucked into the Hollywood diet vortex like the rest of them.

Talk about a hot post baby bod! Kourtney works it in Miami in a very cute outfit. Nothing like a flippy red dress to make you feel great, and Kourtney makes it more structured by adding a white blazer - note the length, it's long enough to be flattering on a short dress unlike Jennifer Aniston's blazer/dress combo. Pair it with killer YSL Tribute sandals and note the long chain strap bag - this year's bag shape to watch.

Melania & Donald Trump's son Barron

Barron Trump: someone inherited mummy's cheekbones and daddy's hair! Look at that dewy skin. Can't wait to see what he looks like when he's older.

How is it that Melania has a face that is shaped into a permanent squint/scowl thing? Shouldn't she be happy, permanently ensconced in Trump Towers with a little one to look after? And that she's wearing those shoes? If I was wearing these lush peep toe ankle boots I'd be oh, SO happy! There'd be plenty of smiles, not a scowl in sight.

Kristen (nodding): Oh yes.

Dakota (shocked): You're not!

Kristen: Oh yes.

Dakota: I can't believe it, there's going to be pandemonium. You mean you're actually going to show up in -

Kristen (squeals): Pink! Yes! I'm going to do it Dakota.

Dakota: But why? Why after all the hard work you've done to create this badass image of yourself. Why pink? Why now?

Kristen: Don't you see, it's perfect. Everyone's fallen right into my trap. They'll be expecting me to wear leather and studs and spiky hair. And now they'll be shocked. I'll be all over the papers once more and everyone will be talking about me.

Dakota (shaking head in amazement): And to think ... I've got all of this in front of me.

Kristen: Yeah, you've got a lot to learn little one.

Dakota: Can you teach me? Can you teach me about image and style and how to stay interesting and relevant.

Kristen: In time, little one, in time.

What Paris did next. Not much

Dear Paris,

I'm a little concerned. Lately, you seem to have dropped the ball. Not only are your outfits bad (they're normally bad, nothing new about that) they're downright ... daggy. Just even the fact that I had to use the word daggy is daggy, but there's no other way to describe it. It's like you're trying hard to find a new style and compete with Kardashian girls, but on the way you've lost yourself. It's like you don't know who you are anymore. These dresses, gotta tell ya, look cheap. Cheap n' nasty. And no matter how badly matchy matchy with headbands and Alice dresses you were before, you still looked luxe. Now you look like every other girl who hitchhikes to LA and auditions for roles as "girl behind counter" in C-grade movies.

Look, I know this sudden loss of interest in you must be a bit of a shock. Suddenly you're not the talk of the town - the Kardashians are - and you're trying to copy the "realness" they project. I feel for you. It can't be easy going from the girl everyone photographing to the girl everyone is sick to death of 'cause she has no talent ... but maybe that's the key. Maybe if you grew some talent, went to acting class, joined a charity, went around the world doing good ... something, anything, to make us see you're more than a vapid excuse for a human being, we'd be interested in you again.

And then hire a stylist. I'd say you might start dressing well again once you "found yourself", but you never did that in the first place so there's no real chance of that happening. Just hire the damn stylist Paris, take the plunge. 'Cause right now you look rather suburban and I'm pretty sure that'd be the worst insult I could give someone like you, who thinks they're above everyone else.

Guess what? You're not!

Only saying this 'cause I care.

The bag challenge: swap bags every day for one week. Every day.

I started swapping bags every time I leave the house a few years ago. Why? A few reasons. One, different bags go with different clothes. Two, we buy all these bags ... and then only use one as our everyday bag. It doesn't make sense. The more bags you have, the more you should use them! It's no use having them pile up in a corner of your closet. Of course, the only problem with this is that you often end up forgetting keys/wallet/lipgloss/tampons/powder etc in the bag you've left at home for that day. But you soon get used to it.

For the next seven days, swap your bag and take a photo of your outfit. We're introducing a new section on Coco Lee where you can upload your own shots. Or if you don't want your whole self to be in it, you can just take shots of your bag! New website to come next week and I'll explain more then. In the meantime, some inspiration:

Alexa Chung in another fabulous outfit at London Fashion Week of her usual mish mash style. Of course, helps if you've got a Mulberry bag actually named after you! That's right, Alexa is carrying the new Alexa, in leopard print hair calf. Why can't we all have a bag named after us?

Cheryl Cole at the airport with a studded number. Great to toughen up any outfit.

Rachael Zoe with her khaki Hermes Birkin. Imagine being able to afford a Birkin ... let alone afford one in khaki. You'd have to have multiples if you bought this colour.

The long satchel is everywhere! Make sure the strap is comfy and long enough to fit across your body as well.

Can you ever get enough? 2010 promises to be the year of denim, so it's just as well I held onto four of my most favourite denim jackets (I think I had about 10 at peak!). I wore my first yesterday, with a dark grey metallic shift (Supre, gotta love it), black patent ankle boots (YSL) and my old Lee denim jacket. And suddenly, there you have it, denim looks really right for right now!

Need some more convincing?

Golly, I know elephants are big right now, what with the new baby at Sydney's Zoo ... but really, shoes made of elephant dung? How sturdy do we think they're going to be? And the big question: what happens to them in the rain???

The shoes were made by an artist named INSA, from the same family of elephant poo that artist Chris Ofili used in his work over 15 years ago. Talk about a tribute to you work.

When not to wear a blazer: Jennifer Aniston

Look, it's not her fault. Style bloggers such as myself have been rabbiting on about the versatility of the blazer since mid last year. Wear it with this, wear it with that, wear it with bloody anything! I shouted. Of course, I didn't mean absolutely anything (Jen takes me so literally sometimes). While yes, the blazer can be worn with an evening dress, a short black blazer shouldn't be paired with a short gold dress. It's all about proportion. This looks like a suit jacket Jen picked up at the last minute. If she wanted to wear a blazer, it should have been a little boxier, and definitely longer. This nipped in waist business isn't doing her any favours. The office look on the red carpet doesn't mix. Love the dress and the shoes, am a tad disappointed she ruined a perfectly good outfit.

She does look like she's having fun with Gerry though, so good on her for that! They're at the premiere of The Bounty Hunter in London town.

Love the big scarf! Nothing like a super large, roomy scarf wrapped around a few times. The comfy boyfriend jeans with belt are a great look for winter, and I'm sure you've already got a leather jacket stashed in your wardrobe - if not, buy one immediately! Nice casual dressing Jen.
