Gisele,
Gisele's baby Benjamin

Oh bloody hell! Give me a break! What, not only are you incredibly physically blessed, but you seem like a decent person with a brain (I saw you on Letterman once and you were great, much more intelligent than Karolina Kurkova whom Letterman laughed out of the park). Plus you're married to one of the world's most beautiful men and you look SO in love.
So please. If your birth was painless, I'd appreciate it if you shut the bloody hell up about it! I'm not interested in any more of your perfection.
Here's what Gisele said to Brazilian television channel Fantasticoshe, as reported by the Daily Mail, about the birth of her son Benjamin.
"My delivery was in a bath tub, in water, I wanted to have a home birth.
"I wanted to be very aware and present during the birth... I didn't want to be drugged up.
"So I did a lot of preparation, I did yoga and meditation, so I managed to have a very tranquil birth at home."
AND THEN:
"It didn't hurt in the slightest. The whole time my mind was focused in each contraction on the thought my baby is closer to coming out.
"It wasn’t like ‘this is so painful’. So I transformed that intense feeling into a hope of seeing him.'
Bundchen says her son didn't cry after being born and rested in her lap for a long time.
'It's wonderful,' she said. 'Never in my life I thought I could love like this.
'You hear people talking about it, but you don't know until it happens to you. I couldn't be happier.'

this woman probably had a c-section because she CLEARLY has never been faced with the reality of childbirth. and babies not crying after birth is a pretty bad sign!
oh gisele... you're not making yourself any friends with these comments... how do you spell S.M.U.G?
It can happen, it's called calmbirthing.
There's only one way for a painless birth - total sensory deprivation and back up drugs!
Ok well I had 2 home water births, with the yoga and meditation and mental preparation beforehand and all that stuff she says. I know what she means about tranqility, it was quite peaceful and serene and my babies were calm and settled afterwards. HOWEVER despite discovering you can be in control of your body and reactions to pain, I would NEVER describe it as painless. Between contractions no problem, very restful but pushing that baby out is damn hard work.
err tranquility that is
