It's now said that the meeting with their lawyers in December that last week sparked the rumour they were splitting, was in fact to draw up an agreement similar to a pre-nup, but at no point was there any talk of them breaking up. It was simply to draw up an agreement should anything eventuate in the future. Which isn't very promising, but it's not dire either.
