I'm all for experimenting with colour, but the blue eyeshadow Camilla Belle is wearing here is not flattering in any way.
It makes her eyebrows look way too thick and dark and somehow almost makes her eyes disappear.
A better way to wear blue would have been a stronger colour used just over the top of her eyes, right near the lashes. An intense line, if you will. That's the perfect way to dip your toe into different colours without overtaking your face. Pastel hues are hard to get away with at the best of times.
