While Kim has stuck to her new rule of dressing in toned down blacks and neutrals, I think she's missing a lesson on shapes and proportions. Knee high boots which are loose on the calf just don't have a place on a curvy, petite woman - unless she's wearing a mini skirt maybe, or tiny shorts.
This lovely, ladylike dress deserves a well fitted pair of boots, or better yet, pointy pumps. Her hair looks great in a side part and now that she's toned down the Bold & the Beautiful blow-dry she loved for years, I think she's looking even better.
