Personally, I LOVE the top look. Love love. It's just a nice way to show off your fabulousness without having to flash your figure. Sure, the below is sexy, but it's almost ... run of the mill. Ordinary. Any Playboy bunny worth her weight in silicone could pull it off. The top look is something else entirely.
