Have you noticed that Miley is dressing around her hair? Clever, I think. Far too many people change their hair colour and then stick with their old styling, but Miley is taking it all quite seriously, and goes one step further with her outfits now. It's a little too Brigette Nielson for me (she used to be married to Sylvester Stallone for those young guns out there), but there is something rather swish about it.
I do wish the top wasn't so Sonia Klein in Dolly circa 1992 but the look is working, bizarrely enough. And the platinum hair really plays off that silver skirt. I'm glad she's having fun with herself.
