With absolutely nothing. 

Of course, there will be the monthly child support payments of $33,000, totalling 4.8 million by the time Suri is 18. But beyond that, Katie is reportedly leaving without even a snippet of Tim Cruise's $250 million.

No payout (an agreement of the prenup), no spousal support. Nada.
