Jennifer Lawrence on UK Vogue

My my, what year is this again? According to UK Vogue, somewhere around 1977. They've recaptured that old, soft focus feel with this shot of Jennifer Lawrence on their latest cover. Forget about digital, this was without doubt shot on film. Even the styling, with the gentle waves of hair and the awkward, throwback-to-camera pose is reminiscent of an old magazine cover.

How do you feel about it?

I can hear that old Kylie song "Step back in Time" when I look at this cover :-)

She is so attractive. I have read such negative comments about her not photographing well. However I disagree. She has that old Hollywood beauty and fullness. I aslo agree with SC a bold red lippy wouldve been senational !!!

If that lippie was bright and fun, it would've done a whole lot more for the look. It would've really lifted the whole cover. She is a gorgeous young thing but styled very old.
