High fashion magazines are renowned for their pouting, broody models who seem to mooch from doorway to lounge in an attempt to be fashiony. Having been in the industry and styled shoots, it's just the way it goes down. And you hear it on Next Top Model all the time - smiles are commercial. Too commercial for high fashion.
