Who is this hot young thing?
Her name is Bella Thorne and she's been a child actor/model since she was six weeks old. Yowza. (Get ready for some Lindsay style antics when she hits the big time and is allowed to manage her own money!) She currently stars in a Disney series called Shake It Up and fronted up to the LA premiere of John Carter in one helluva dress. Loves it, I do.
