J-Lo killed it for the Oscars. First that incredible Armani dress, and now this fuck off creation with a one-sided feather ruffle and a cutout on the waist. WITH A SLICK PONYTAIL. I love it. The ponytail really brings it home - simple sometimes really is best with a fussy dress.
Coco Lee reader Andhaka in the comments noted the absence of jewellery on the red carpet this year and that's because the dresses are all such pieces on their own, there's no need for OTT accessories. What with the 3D elements and feathers and sparkles and ruffles, all you have left to wear are bracelets and earrings that are subtle, rather than overtake. A nice change I think.
