MOST UNDERDRESSED: MERYL STREEP
The only reason I'm glad Meryl didn't win for Best Actress is because she's wearing this dress. Is this a dress to accept an Academy Award in? I think not. It's more of a Saturday night at Steven Speilberg's dinner party, pre-Oscars. It looks great on her, I quite love the wrap style, but it's just not Oscar's worthy, you know? Disappointed.
