I saw Alice in Wonderland on the weekend and loved it! It was so well done. If you like fantasy films, you'll love it. People have panned Mia's performance but maybe it's the Australian in me, I didn't think it was too bad. The only person I didn't really like was Anne Hathaway. She's so ... Anne Hathaway. I had a hard time forgetting it was her and believing she was the White Queen.

Mia has certainly rocketed to the top of the paprazzi hit list. I just wish she'd sort her style out. There's probably no jacket shape on earth I hate more than the Mandarin-style long jacket. It's shapeless, it's shiny, it's the wrong length and it's totally unflattering - on slim people. If you're larger or trying to hide your belly, these jackets are a godsend. Because of their no-shape, shape. They hide a multitude of sins. Just wear it with leggings or jeans, not a skirt. Mia looks like the camera caught her on the way to the courtroom where she's going argue a divorce case - great if you need office-dressing inspiration! - but not if you're going out.
