Jennifer Lopez absolutely rocks this leather mini dress, another example of nude fabric at its finest, but it's the hair that carries the look over. Can we all start practicing the quiff please? Just backcomb, spray, pin it to the crown. So easy.

Beyonce's dress looks cool dominatrix. It's hardware and sequins and shoulder and cuff and those nails! Sexy as hell. Don't love that hair on her though - too blonde and straight. I think it would have worked with a middle part, but side part says pretty, not tough.

Also, this dress which she wore most of the evening (thanks to Coco Lee reader Maddie) which is fab, and much better than the dress she walked the red carpet in.

But put the three dresses together, and what do we have? Shoulders. And sleeves. Is Beyonce hiding her upper arms or has she just decided the sleeve is flattering on her? They definitely balance her hips, I'll give her that, so she is perhaps onto something. We'll have to see her future outfits to see if she's going to continue her new fave thing.
